So today was an exciting day! I went to bed at 4:30 am... so horrible on my sleeping cycle!
Then I woke up at 1 and got ready to go hang out with my boyfriend's extended family.
The day was spent hanging out and eating a minimal amount of food.
The first day of my "Manage the Damage" is me posting my measurements!
My family got this super neat scale that is pretty amazing and holds information over time!
Here mine are:
Weight: 140.6 lbs
Body Fat: 15.6% body fat = I can use some exercise
Body Water:: 65.3% = I need more water in my day
Body Muscle: 39.2% = I need some toning of muscles
bone mass: 4.8% =I need vitamins
I am going to track this over time!!
HERE GOES MANAGE THE DAMAGE!!
